Our Fees, Explained

Every therapy session is billed at $210 per hour. This covers:

• A 45-minute face-to-face (or telehealth) session with your child
• 15 minutes of associated work required to deliver quality care — including clinical note-taking, session preparation and planning, and correspondence with parents, schools, or other professionals involved in your child's care

This structure means the hourly rate reflects the real time and clinical thinking that goes into every session.

We support both plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants.

Our fees are set in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for Occupational Therapy, as published by the NDIA. These limits are reviewed annually, and our rates are adjusted accordingly.

A note on travel: Because we're a mobile, community-based practice, travel is a genuine part of delivering therapy in your home, school, or community setting. Travel time is only ever charged proportionally, and is capped at a maximum of 30 minutes each way. Non-labour travel costs (fuel, vehicle wear and tear) are charged separately at the standard per-kilometre rate.

For families paying privately (without NDIS funding), the same transparent rate structure applies:

If your GP has placed your child on a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Care Plan, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate towards allied health sessions (up to five combined allied health visits per calendar year, shared across all allied health providers you see).

• The full session fee of $210 is payable at the time of your appointment
• Medicare's rebate is claimed back separately, either by us on your behalf (where possible) or by you directly through Medicare
• The gap payment is the difference between our fee and the Medicare rebate amount

Because travel time and costs are a real part of a mobile practice, we always aim to group sessions geographically — scheduling clients in the same suburb or local area back-to-back wherever possible. This means:

• Less travel time and cost passed on to any one family
• More consistent, reliable appointment times
• A therapist who genuinely knows your local schools, services, and community
