Once we have received your referral, an experienced therapist will contact you to set up an initial appointment through your preferred mode of communication for a time that is most suitable for you and your needs. 

Affirm OT is a community based occupational therapy practice. This means we come to you, and provide therapy across a range of natural environments. E.g Daycare, kinder, school, at home, in the community. 

Our private rate is $210/hour (plus travel at $193.99/hour).
For clients funded through the NDIS, we charge according to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, which cap therapy at $193.99/hour and travel at $97/hour.

The reason for the difference is:

• The NDIS sets fixed maximum rates that providers must adhere to.
• Private services are not capped, so our private rate reflects the true cost of providing therapy — including therapist expertise, preparation, resources, administration, and overheads.
• This means NDIS participants are charged at the capped NDIS rate, while private clients are charged at our standard private rate.
